What it does

Software that does the work, not just stores it.

Most operators run quality in one tool, documents in another and inventory in a third, then reconcile them by hand. In CannaQMS a batch, its Metrc tags, its label and the SOP that governs it all point at the same record.

Batch records

Recipe-driven batch records. A batch can only use a released recipe, and it can't release until every ingredient is drawn from inventory.

Metrc, without re-keying

CannaQMS creates the Metrc package, the lab test sample and the outgoing manifest from the batch record you already filled in.

Label control

Each state requirement is one checklist line with its rule cited. Quality signs off once, and the batch pulls its product's one approved label.

Recalls in minutes

A field action traces a batch to the exact stores it shipped to, using your own manifests.

Documents that stay in sync

Recipes and work instructions are linked. Change one and the other is flagged or locked until they match. Training on the new revision is assigned automatically.

Quality events

Nonconformances, CAPAs, complaints and destruction records with e-signatures. Destroyed product keeps its full Metrc tag.

Inventory you can trust

Receiving, inspection and one on-hand ledger for materials and finished goods. A lot that fails inspection comes back out of inventory.

CannaQMS came out of years of frustration working in regulated industries. Technology kept moving, but every eQMS I used stayed the same: a shared folder that holds electronic records and signatures. It stored my work. It never did anything for me.

Questions operators ask first.

Does CannaQMS replace Metrc?

No. Metrc stays your state system of record. CannaQMS works alongside it, pulls from it, and creates packages, test samples and manifests in it so your team doesn't enter the same batch twice.

Which states do you support?

Michigan today. Rules are set per state, and we'll add markets as operators ask for them.

Is this a finished product?

CannaQMS is in beta. Early operators get hands-on onboarding and a direct line to shape what gets built next.

We run more than one licence. Can each site see only its own data?

Yes. Each facility is separated at the database level, and a corporate view spans every site you give it access to.

Are electronic signatures and audit trails included?

Yes. Approvals, releases and document changes are signed and recorded with who, what and when.

Does it work for edibles, concentrates and vapes?

Yes. Recipes, batch records and label checklists adapt to the product type, including dual-chamber vape carts.

What does onboarding look like?
